Moving Services in Bremerton, WA

Relocating your family or business is no easy task. Spaeth Transfer / Allied Van Lines is proud to provide affordable and efficient moving and storage solutions to reduce your stress. Our professionals have years of experiencing in organizing residential, commercial and international moves. No matter how far you are moving, we are dedicated to packing and transporting your belongings safely.

Can I pack myself?

Absolutely! Just make sure you discuss the proper materials with your moving consultant. And remember, all cartons must be taped shut and you are responsible for the contents. Exception – International customs require packing to be done by the moving company.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. Spaeth Transfer accepts all major credit cards. We also accept personal checks for moves within the state of Washington and cashier’s checks for out-of-state moves.

Do I need to make a deposit?

No. Spaeth Transfer / Allied does not require deposits.

Do you drug test your employees?

Yes. All of our drivers are part of a drug screening program.

How do you move my furniture?

Our crew will disassemble furniture if needed in order to be moved safely. If we take it apart, we will put it back together for you. Additionally, all items are wrapped in furniture pads while being transported.

When is the best time to move?

Summer is the busiest time of year for the moving industry. It requires more advance notice to book your shipment. Of course, we realize that the timing of your move is not always under your control, so if you need to move during peak season, be as flexible as possible with your timetable.

How do I pick a mover?

Ask your friends, neighbors, and family for recommendations. Use the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to check on the movers you are considering. Washington State requires household goods movers to have more than just a business license. Contact the WUTC at www.utc.wa.gov to be sure that the companies are fully licensed.

What happens when a moving consultant comes to do an estimate?

Your moving consultant will do a visual survey of your household. They will need to look in attics, crawl spaces, sheds, and cabinets to determine what is being moved. Make sure that you point out which items are moving as well as which items are not. In the end, the price of your move is based on what is transported.
